The ladder is Ledger at $149 a month, Close at $390 a month, Controller at $790 a month, banded on what your business spends each month rather than on how many people log in. Which rung you land on follows from that number, which is why the form asks for it and why the answer is optional. The whole ladder is on the pricing page.

Two things it will not do, and they are the reason to want it: it will not guess when the data cannot answer, and it will not force a reconciliation to zero. It also will not quote an accuracy rate, because none has been measured yet. When one has, it will be published with what it was measured on.
